Mr. Alexandros Josephides of the Cyprus Shipping Chamber and chair of our project’s Advisory Board presented elements of MaRITeC-X project to 200 shipping executives and students during the “Maritime Forum Day” organized by Frederick University on Friday 27/4. Alexandros presented the importance of establishing a Centre of Excellence such as the MaRITeC-X that will bring together existing and new R&D capacities in the island of Cyprus and provide a first class employment opportunity to local and foreign researchers.
